Stock Market 101 introduces students to the world of investing with a stock market simulator that performs like a real brokerage account but using virtual money. Students will practice trading real stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds using real-time prices and get the practice they need before trading in real life with their real money. Students will learn about investing by managing their personal portfolio with their own account of $100,000 in virtual cash to learn how the market works and practice trading. If you want your child to be prepared with knowledge and experience that will raise their financial IQ and prepare them to build wealth at an early age, this course is for you.

Skillset: Students develop skills to trade and invest in the stock market
Benefit: Student develop terminology, research and money management skills by seeing how money can work for them instead of them working for money.
Contest: Students will compete in the virtual stock market simulation. Student with most the amount of money at the end of trading day June 30, 2020 wins. The student will have the opportunity to attend one of our regular courses throughout the year for free.
